Write these (perhaps even personalize them) on post-its or little scraps of paper to keep them close at hand. Writing them down will also help you remember the words and have access to these mantras without needing to read them. Over time the words will seed themselves in your brain. Your brain will begin to believe them, your body will relax more, and you will have access to more clarity.


Before Work Meditation Mantra:


You'll know the right time for this mantra: maybe when you wake, maybe in front of the mirror as you get ready for the day, maybe when you get in your car or sit down on the bus. You'll know the best moment. Now, take a deep breath and repeat after me:


"I am capable, I am strong, I am ready.

I welcome challenges as opportunities.

I trust in my abilities and my worth.

Today, I will shine like the star I am."


Lunch Break Meditation Mantra:


Find a quiet place, your car, the bathroom, a park down the street, or even an vacant office... now sit. Close your eyes. Take 4 deep breaths letting each out slowly. Now your ready to recite:


"In this moment, I find peace and stillness.

I nourish my body and my spirit.

I release stress and embrace serenity.

I am recharging for the journey ahead."


Before Bed Meditation Mantra:


Sleep is essential to good physical and mental health. Don't let your workplace steal this precious resource from you. As you prepare to rest, whisper to yourself:


"I have done all I can do in this day.

Tomorrow is a blank canvas awaiting my brilliance.

I trust in my journey, in my wisdom, in my heart.

I am resilient, and I can handle whatever comes my way."


Repete your mantras at least four times each session with your eyes closed, taking deep breaths in between.
